Q: Do you have any restrictions on the type of storage items one can store?

A: Yes, there are restrictions on the type of storage items you can store at our facility. This is for the protection of all storage tenants. Renters may not store combustible, flammable, hazardous, toxic, illegal, or radioactive materials. Renters may not store gas, propane, compressed gas, motor oil, acid, fertilizer, grease, asbestos, narcotics, explosives, fireworks, chemicals, hazardous / radioactive / bio-hazardous / toxic waste.

Q: Can we store construction equipment or vehicles in the storage units?

A: Please get in touch with the management of the company regarding construction equipment or vehicles. Any approved construction equipment or vehicles must be insured and registered at all times.

Q: Can we store household items in the storage units?

A: Yes, you may store household items and appliances in our storage units. However, items such as generators, refrigerators, washer / dryer units, and space heaters may not be plugged in or in-use. Renters may not live in storage units.

Q: Are pets or animals allowed in your storage units?

A: No, pets or animals are not allowed to be stored in our storage units.

We provide electric gated entrance with coded 24/7 access, formidable fencing, and a well-lit environment. The renter is responsible for insurance and personal locks.
