Yes, we have restrictions on certain items to ensure the safety of all tenants. Prohibited items include combustible, flammable, hazardous, toxic, illegal, or radioactive materials. Specifically, renters may not store gas, propane, compressed gas, motor oil, acid, fertilizer, grease, asbestos, narcotics, explosives, fireworks, chemicals, or any hazardous, radioactive, bio-hazardous, or toxic waste.

Yes, household items and appliances can be stored in our units. However, please note that items such as generators, refrigerators, washer/dryer units, and space heaters cannot be plugged in or used while in storage. Additionally, living in storage units is not permitted.
